Corus is a job-search assistant for IT professionals. It finds open roles on company career pages, scores each one against your CV, prepares the application, and identifies the recruiter, hiring manager or team behind the role so you can write to them yourself.
It is built for software engineers, data and infrastructure specialists, designers, product managers and other IT professionals looking for their next role. Corus is operated by 25 labs LLC and is available at corus.so.
What Corus does
Finds roles at the source. Corus reads the career pages that companies publish themselves, rather than relying on job boards, so openings appear as the employer posted them.
Scores every role against your CV. You upload your CV once and set what you are looking for. Corus compares each opening against it and explains why a role does or does not fit.
Prepares the application. Corus drafts the application for a role you have accepted. Submitting it is your decision, and submission runs in the Corus browser extension on your own machine, which you pair and can unpair at any time.
Finds the people behind the role. For a matched role, Corus identifies the recruiter, hiring manager or team associated with it, so an introduction goes to a person rather than into an applicant-tracking queue.
Why Corus asks for access to your Google Account
Corus asks permission to send email from your Google account for one reason: so that the introductions you approve leave from your own mailbox, under your own name, rather than from ours. Messages sent on your behalf are personalised to a specific role and a specific person.
Corus requests the minimum permission needed for that feature — the Gmail permission to send email (gmail.send) — together with basic identity scopes. Corus does not request permission to read or modify your inbox, and does not request access to Google Contacts or Google Calendar. Connecting a mailbox is optional, automatic sending is off until you turn it on, and you can disconnect the mailbox at any time in your Corus settings.
Corus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalised artificial-intelligence models.
